Almond Milk

Almond milk is super easy to make! Soak 1 cup of almonds for 6 hrs or overnight in water.  
Drain the water. Put the almonds in a high speed blender like the Vitamix Series 300, add 3.5 cups of filtered water.  Blend on max speed for 45-60 seconds.  Pour through a strainer, or use cheese cloth to strain. I've use a french press and it also works well!
