Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

Makes 4

1/2 cup vanilla flavour Greek yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
1/2 tsp honey (less if the blueberries are super sweet)
15 fresh blueberries

Puree the blueberries with the honey in a small food processor. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and milk together.

Pour the blueberry mix into yogurt and gently stir in, to create a marble look for the popsicles. I use a chopstick to swirl the blueberry through and you can do this in the popsicle mold as well.
If you are looking to make light purple coloured popsicles, then mix together well with a fork.

Pour into the popsicle mold and freeze for 3 hours.

Pour the mix into the popsicle mold, but don't overfill
