Pico de Gallo

4 tomatoes, diced
1 small sweet or red onion, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, diced finely
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 stalk of green onion, diced finely
Juice of a 1/4 lime
1 tsp chili powder, adjust to your liking
1/2 tsp cayenne powder, adjust to your liking
1/2 tsp pimenton
Salt and pepper

Feel free to adjust the chili power and jalapeño pepper to your liking.  Mix everything together and let it sit for 30 min for the garlic and lime to marinate the tomatoes. Serve with nachos or in tacos.
